Prior to this he managed Oracle Marketing Cloud's B2B organisation, with various other leadership roles in other MarTech companies beforehand. His knowledge spans across the MarTech and AdTech industry, with a huge interest in how search as an application is shaping the world around us.

Paula Bobbett is Chief Digital Officer at Boots UK.
Paula was appointed to her current executive role in May 2022 and is responsible for continuing to deliver at scale and pace digital transformation across Boots commercial operations.

As of September 2020, he is also a non-executive director for the British Retail Consortium.
