What criteria are the judges looking for?
Judges will be looking for evidence of how the store is innovative and raises the bar in terms of experience and performance compared to both the rest of the retailer’s estate and the wider industry.
NOTE: We appreciate if the store has opened recently, but any early indicators of performance that demonstrate its success since launch, such as sales vs target/the rest of the estate, customer satisfaction, sustainability performance.
