Confidence, skills and a wardrobe for work

We’re proud to be supporting Smart Works as our charity partner for the RG Retail Excellence Awards 2026. Smart Works helps unemployed women build the confidence, skills and professional wardrobe they need to succeed at interview and move into employment. Its free service combines one-to-one interview coaching with high-quality clothing, helping women feel confident and prepared for their next opportunity.

Throughout the Awards, we’ll be raising funds to support Smart Works and the women they help across the UK through our live auction.
