What criteria are the judges looking for?

Judges will be looking for evidence of a brand that has used innovative methods to build its direct-to-consumer business, and have grown sales, profits and improved its customer experience over the past year. Please include the KPIs – sales and profit growth, customer acquisition and awareness –  that demonstrate success this year, including pre-pandemic comparisons where possible.
