What criteria are the judges looking for?
Judges will be looking for evidence of a retailer that has had an exceptional year of sales and profit growth and has driven forward innovations that will deliver future growth for the business. Please include the KPIs – sales and profit growth, market share growth, sustainable achievements, customer and employee engagement – that demonstrate success over 2024/25.
